Ron Williams
Jack Elliott was born and raised in Chicago. His father was a Chicago police officer who became the first
Helicopter Traffic reporter for WGN Radio. Jack worked at suburban Chicago and central Illinois radio stations before landing at KRIZ in Phoenix. Three years later he was recruited by WKY in OKC where he spent 12 years on the air. Then in 1990 he teamed-up with Ron Williams at classic hits KOOL 102. When the station was sold, the duo moved over to KISS FM in OKC where they dominated the morning drive radio dial for nearly 23 years. Jack currently hosts a feature for KFOR TV - "Today in Oklahoma". He also does commercial voice-overs from his home studio. His spare time is spent keeping his twin 16-year-old houseboys, Yancey and Peppe in line and taking his 18-year-old El Salvadoran house girl shopping for swimwear.
Ron Williams is homegrown attending both Douglas and Central State College he joined Radio at the University from there he did overnights at KBYE FM he managed to go ahead and get the music Director ship and eventually the program Director ship for KFJL and urban station from there he had a stent at KOFM at that time one of the hottest stations in town he stepped away for just a little bit doing Saturday news on Fox 25 and went back to broadcasting at K-Lyte where he eventually joined forces with Jack Elliot they both put cool 102 over the top and then headed up The Morning Show at 98.9 Kiss FM Jack and Ryan have been together close to 30 years and hopefully 30more.
